School lunch ideas

Back to school is in full swing! Here are a few ideas of what things to pack that are fun, easy to eat but also healthy.

Gluten-Free banana bread
Grapes on skewers
Sliced baby cucumbers
Hard boiled egg.
Brown rice cake with peanut butter and pumpkin seeds
Sliced carrots
Fresh Strawberries
Applesauce squeeze (no added sugar)

Ants on a log
Sweet potato chips (no added sugar)
Turkey lunch meat with no nitrates
Fresh grapes and blueberries
